I want to read this book because I LOVE creepy books and I've read good reviews about this. I can't buy it myself because I owe my father a lot of money because I kind of went on a book shopping spree the other day. :P

Why do I want to win?
1.) This book is a Deb. Wooo!
2.) I have read Saundra Mitchell's blog and she can be pretty hilarious so I've been dying to read her book. Of course.
3.) The book sounds awesome. (Nothing happens in Ondine Louisianna....)
4.) It takes place in Louisianna which is shaped like a boot/shoe/sock thing. Plus the town is named Ondine, which is pretty cool.
5.) It has the word "Summer" in it, and IT IS summer! =)
So, yeah. Those are my reasons why.

Hello! Oh my goodness this book looks so amazing!!! Please enter me! I absolutely adore paranormal books, I mean I've read tons of ghost stories but this one seems to have something unique about it. This book looks so interesting and to make it even more squeel worthy it has a mystery spun into it! "Shadowed Summer" sounds like a novel that will draw you in at the very first words and not release you from its grip until you've found out what happened to poor Elijah Landry and why he's haunting Iris. Other reasons I'd like to read this book is the cover is almost dark looking, and dark ghost stories are the best to read! Alright I'll stop now because I've probably bored everybody to death and used way to many adjectives so thanks for holding this great contest and I hope your birthday celebration is unforgettable!
