Wake - Lisa McMann
Janie can see other people's dreams. Cool, right? Not so much. She can't choose which dreams she falls into; she just goes. She doesn't tell anybody about her "abilities' because she's afraid people will think she's weird.
Until Cabel, who she thinks she wants to be more than a friend.
Lisa McMann has written an extraordinary book. I didn't want to put it down, it was exciting from the beginning. The writing was really good, and I haven't seen a style quite like hers before. Also, the idea of the book was really cool, too, and nothing I've ever heard of before. I can't wait to read Fade, which comes out early next year! Wake is definitely a book I'll be re-reading.
With mystery, humor, an a hint of romance, Lisa McMann has written an excellent dubet novel that will leave you wanting to read more (which we can't do, unfortunately, until Fade comes out).
hope.

I HAVE to get this book! I'm so tired of reading reviews for it and not being able to get it. I'm going to gather up some change and go to the bookstore. =D
