Personaly I think it's a good thing this kind of books are coming out. As you said, not all YA books are about romance and faeries as a lot of people think, I mean,it's like when someone asks me what kind of book I read and I say "Young Adult", they act as if I don't read adult books it isn't serious because YA are books full of fantasy and love and princess, etc. That really gets me on my nerves!
