Stealing Heaven by Elizabeth Scott

Danielle and her mom are professional thieves. This is the only life that Danielle has ever known. So, when Danielle and her mom enter Heaven, she figures it will be just the same. Do the research, steal the silver, and leave.

But heaven was different. First of all, there's a guy. The thing is, though, he's a cop. She knows she shouldn't get attached to him, but it's just so dang hard to stop hanging out with him. Then, there's Alison, who could be her first friend ever.

But when things go horribly wrong, will Danielle decide between the life she's always known or the one she's always wanted?

This was the first book by Elizabeth Scott that I have read, and I can be the first to tell you it won't be the last. The book made Danielle relate to you even though she's a professional thief. Also, it's just the way that Elizabeth Scott writes... it kept me hooked the whole time. There was an air of mystery about Greg - would she stay with him or leave him?

This book was amazing, and it's now on my favorites list. I have been recommending this to all my friends, so make sure when you get it when it comes out in May! Click on the Coming Soon in Young Adult link on the sidebar and it's on the list with a link to amazon if you want to pre-order it.

*Also reviewed for Harper Teen First Look.

hope.

I can't wait to read this; I really liked Bloom.

Also, if you don't already know this, Elizabeth Scott has book giveaways like every week, so her blog is worth checking out.

Nutjob: Twilight is really good. It's long but it doesn't seem so; it reads so quickly. The characters are pretty well drawn, and it's a very exciting book. I highly recommend it.
